Your randy and your lindsay need to leave your pads alone! They are perfect! If they have so much extra energy, maybe they should harvest the backyard so you can find your toys! Who knows how many squirrels are hiding in the tall grass!!!

i hope not! and i hope i don't need my pads changed! my pads are kinda sore cause mom and i have been walking everyday (helps me lose weight, keep my nails short, keep my pad hair short, and helps the BABY come!) mom noticed my pads were kinda pink so i have to take a break from walking! mom got a little overzealous about the walking, she wants the baby to come! your randy is so resourceful! he can cook, do computer codie stuff, and fix cars!
2chersheyIf anyone can change your pads Ivy, your Randy can! Cooking, photography, bloging, games, home remodeling, computer coding, and now fixing cars!! What else can he do?
I think your pads will be okay Ivy....if you see Randy coming with the screwdriver...run for your life :-)

thanks to all my dachsie friends for the good wishes. i hope your pads are okay hershey... gosh i cant imagine too much walking.
i think i will take opys advice and run for my life if i see a screwdriver... of corse i do that anyway. i hate tools!
Be wery, wery careful ... there's no telling what they will do ...
Dude,
The white squirrel is back. I'll try to get some good pictures for you.
Let's hope they don't get some strange idea and bring you for some manicure.
Your hoomans have too much time on hand!
My MOM has changed my dog car pads before, but after that she didn't change MY pads, so I think you are probably okay, too, Ivy!
(hee hee, my dad is a wimp... he couldn't figure out how to change the pads so he had to get my mom to do it! But don't tell him I told you.)
My pads must be fine 'cause my people haven't tried changing mine. Or maybe they haven't checked 'em lately! (yike)
We don't have so many squirrels here 'cause we do a great job running them off. If they or the rabbits get too sassy I climb up the fence and go after them but then Mom gets upset with me..

I honestly think your pads are fine just the way they are! If Randy gets any more funny ideas hide that c-clamp!
Love ya lots,
Maggie
Hey Ivy, Tasha here. I've been with my humans for 9 years now and they have never tried to change my pads so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. But if they did try I'd....well a lady doesn't talk like that in public. The only attention my pads get is to get wiped off, which is happening alot around here the last few days. I don't care how smart and handy your Randy is you tell him to stay away from your pads and stick to fixing your toys!! Belly and Ear Rubs, Tasha & Eva
it sounds like no dog has ever had theyr peepol try to replace theyr pads so i think i am probly safe. thank you all for the good advice!
hana - dont tell my randy that i told you but my lindsay is a better mechanic and house fixer-upper and kitchen putter-together than he is. i think dog moms must just be smarter! tee hee!
My car goes to the car salon for pads. I don't get my pads changed when I go to the dog salon, so you will be safe.

No, they don't change dog pads. I asked my mom just to be sure! Whew!
Ivy: I hope you are over your scare. My dog car gets pads changed at the Honda dealer. They did it in Virginia last year and I watched through the window. The car didn't look too unhappy, so cars must be different than dogs. I think having pads changed would be even worse than having nails trimmed!
Oh no, oh no, oh NO! That's so scary, Ivy! I'm glad our bipeds are having more mulch delivered so they'll be busy with that. I like my pads just how they ARE!
Love,
Amber
PS: Yes, I LOVE spinach!!!
Ivy, that last picture of you is just stunningly lovely!
Ivy, I noticed your fur is such a nice length right now. I hope your Randy and your Lindsay don't trim it when the weather gets warmer.
Oh.. the giant clamps looks scary. I think your pads are perfect Ivy, I hope your Randy dont change yours.
