confusion

since my bp has come into my life, everything has become much more confusing. i used to know exactly wut my peepol were saying and wut it meant, but now i am not sure of anything anymore. my randy says do you want to go for a ride in the car? and i say yes! yes! and he says not you, ivy! i wuz talking to ben! then my lindsay says are you hungry? do you want to eat? and i say yes! yes! i do! i do! and she says not you ivy! i meant benjamin!

the worst confusion of all is that i dont know wen brekfest time is anymore. it used to be wen my randy got up out of bed then it wuz brekfest time. every day! that is always the way it has been! but now my randy gets up and i say good morning! time for brekfest! and he takes my bp in his arms and just walks rite past me!

so wen he comes back i walk in front of him and sit reelly pretty and try again but he walks past me again and goes back to bed! this happens a cupple of times almost every nite! how am i supposed to know wen it is brekfest time anymore? i am so confused!

Ivy...my muzzer says that if you can be patient for a few months this will all be better. BP is learning about schedules, and your Randy and Lindsay are trying to help him learn to live on a schedule similar to yours. You can help by being very quiet and not tripping Randy when he is carrying BP. Also, in a couple of months, if BP wakes up at night you can go talk to him and MAYBE he will watch you for a while rather than making Randy get up.

DO NOT attempt to pick Ben up by the scruff of his neck and carry him to Lindsay.

Hmm I have no idea how you are supposed to know. Very confusing. We hope you figure it out.

We think Gussie might be right, Ivy! You need to be patient for just awhile longer! This probably isn't the answer that you were hoping to hear, huh?!

Love ya lots,

Ivy, remember when you were a puppy and had to eat in the nighttime? Babies are like that too. Breakfast time happens when Randy gets up and STAYS up. I am sorry about the confusion. It will get better, I promise. If not, you can always threaten to run away from home and go visit mj.

Hi, Ivy.
Yes, I think patience is the name of this game.
I am not so sure everything will be back to normal but sure will be better for you in a few months.
Kisses and hugs

maybe things won't get better ivys, maybe it woulf be best to start reading benjamin more bunny books, i hear that bunnys are less trouble, they don.t have to be held every two hours and it doesn't sound like ben has learned to pee on that one tree we told him about at 4am, i do know it is too late to give him back....we on the contrary keep adding more and more to the pack, now jeri, and mandy, plus us four, plus mongrel cat...i wish i had the brains to figure this one out...i do know that i told hana, when she was bothered by that neighbor dog to be nice, cause that dog was lonely and probably mistreated, i want ben and ivys and sadie and duke and sandy and speeding and gus and copper and tia and charlie and even missing beau and max and everysone that loves me to be loved as much..loooooves platoonoffour

Oh wow, it really is quite confusing eh? But I guess things will get better soon. Having BP does change things at home doesn't it?

poor ivy - i hate when that happens at my house and we don't even have a human pup around! it's the worst on the weekends b/c they sleep so long! i agree with gus though, they're probably just working on crate training that lil' one like mine are doing me..

maybe you should get one of those alarm clocks that buzz or ring loudly for your humans...that way they realize (with rude awakening) that it's time for your meals!
